Library Rules :

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

5.       Members should pay their annual subscription in time. Otherwise membership        would be discontinued.

6.       Members should bring the Identify Card when visiting the Library, otherwise they will not be able to use the Library facilities.

11.   Library users may not leave personal belonging unattended in the Library. Personal property may not be left with Library staff. The Library is not responsible for any loss of users’ personal belongings.

12.   Members are not permitted access to staff work areas unless accompanied by a staff member.

10.   Member shall not consume food or use tobacco or tobacco products in the Library.

9.       Member and staff are asked to speak in quiet tones and low voice.
8.       Members should report change of address immediately.
7.       Library membership is not transferable.
4.       Use of the Library is restricted only to the Members.
3.       Members should handle the books carefully.
2.       Members should observe complete silence in the Library.
1.       Reference books are not allowed to be taken out of the Library.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Issue of Books :

2.       Member should check the book thoroughly for missing pages, chapters, pictures, etc. while borrowing the book and peport the matter to the circulation staff. In case the book is damaged or lost by the member, either they have to replace the as determined by the Librarian.

1.       Borrowing of 1 Book for 10 days is allowed to General Member with borrowing facility.

3.       Collage student Rs.25/- (Only References)

2.       Library Deposit (Refundable) Rs.250/- for borrowing facility.

 

 

1.   General Member fee Rs.250/- for 1 year

 

Library Membership :

2.       Library will remain closed on 2nd and 4th Saturday and Sunday and Public            Holidays.

1.       The Yashwantrao Chavan Library is open between 11.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. on        working days.
